1. 接手来源​

Financial Expert Foundation Model Controller 已接收 Labs-FinTecAI Admin Batch 4 分发包：

  • packets/sync/labs-fintecai-controller-refactor-distribution-2026-05-13.md

本 checkpoint 只记录接手边界和观察口径，不修改 FEFM 正文，不创建 active lane，也不承诺训练、微调、样本治理或模型路线。

2. FEFM 接手范围​

FEFM Controller 后续只在 readiness 触发后负责判断并维护以下材料：

  • projects/financial-expert-foundation-model/project-anchor.md
  • projects/financial-expert-foundation-model/inherited-context.md
  • projects/financial-expert-foundation-model/current-state.md
  • 后续可能出现的 references/financial-expert-foundation-model/
  • 后续可能出现的 packets/sync/fefm-* 或 packets/sync/financial-expert-foundation-model-*

3. 当前边界判断​

材料类型当前口径
Controller status仍为 Dormant / readiness gated
Project docs只记录 dormant 状态、继承上下文和启动条件，不进入模型路线承诺
Evaluation samples只观察可复用评估样本候选，不登记为训练样本
Failure cases只观察失败推理案例和模型能力缺口，不直接提升为学习资产
Downstream changes若样本、失败案例或学习资产候选将改变模型建设边界，应升级为 escalation

4. 后续动作​

FEFM Controller 后续应保持低频观察：

  1. readiness-trigger-watch：观察 RLE、FinClaw、Data Horizon、AI Trading Matrix 是否形成稳定失败案例、评估样本和学习资产候选；
  2. sample-candidate-log：仅登记候选样本或失败案例，不吸收为训练资产；
  3. model-boundary-escalation-check：若候选样本会触发训练、微调、模型路线或样本治理承诺，转 escalation；
  4. no-active-lane-until-ready：readiness 未触发前不创建模型建设 active lane。

5. 不做事项​

  • 不承诺训练、微调、样本治理或模型路线；
  • 不将单次产品体验反馈直接提升为模型训练资产；
  • 不替代前台产品定义、执行系统决策或 RLE 学习边界判断；
  • 不修改前台产品事实源。

6. 验证​

  • git diff --check：通过。
  • DOC_CHANGE_SCOPE=ecosystem,public-entrypoints,controllers,packets,tooling,finclaw,data-horizon,trading-matrix,rle,fefm npm run verify:change-scope：通过，33 个变更文件均在允许范围内。
  • npm run build：通过，Docusaurus build 成功，Pagefind 索引 137 pages / 6194 words。

说明：当前本地分支相对 origin/main 已包含 Batch 3 / 4 / 5A / 5B 的未 push 提交，scope guard 按完整本地提交栈计算，因此使用覆盖整条本地栈的验证 scope。
