本文把 V1 PRD、Design Packet、Evaluation Plan 和 Trial Ops Plan 串成一条可执行的里程碑路线,定义阶段、依赖、风险、缓解和回写规则。它不是新的产品定义,不替代任何已有 Design Packet,不冻结工程仓库实现细节。
1. Plan Goal
让团队成员、个人域 Agents 和团队域 Agents 在不重新理解整套设计的前提下,知道:
- 当前在哪个阶段;
- 下一个里程碑要交付什么;
- 谁负责、依赖谁、谁消费产出;
- 何时进入下一个 gate;
- 何时触发停止 / 回滚。
2. Phase Map
V1 阶段全周期分为四个阶段(每个阶段对应 v1-design-kickoff-packet.md §4.4 的一个 gate)。

7. Cadence and Reporting
- 每周 Controller weekly review:核对所有 in-flight milestone 状态;标记 ≥ 1 周延期;产出 1 页周报;
- 每个 milestone 完成:owner lane 在对应 task packet 标
completed并回写本文 §3 表格;如改动设计材料则同时更新对应设计文档的updated字段; - 每次 Engineering milestone 完成:必须刷新 v1-governance-engineering-alignment.md;
- 每次 Eval run:写入
evaluation/finclaw/runs/,并在 v1-evaluation-review-and-acceptance-plan.md §9 规定的 evidence shape 下归档; - 任何 Kill criteria 触发:当天进入 escalation packet,停止后续 milestone 推进直到 controller review。
8. Out of Scope for V1
为避免范围漂移,本计划不承诺:
- 全自动训练闭环;
- 自有专家大模型上线;
- 完整 Data Horizon 接入;
- 完整 AI Trading Matrix 执行闭环;
- 多市场全覆盖;
- 多人协作审计流;
- 大规模 Skills marketplace;
- 全球计费体系。
以上事项可以作为 V1 后续阶段 readiness 输入,但不阻塞本文 P-B / P-C / P-D 的推进。
9. Open Items
- 确定 P-B 的具体日历区间(owner 待指定);
确定 Trial Cohort 规模上限(建议 5–15):已收束 - Labs 内测阶段固定 3 人(项目发起人 / Mark.T / Aven),见 v1-engineering-kickoff-decisions.md D-01。对外招募延后至 MVP 工程化落地完成之后;- 确定 Skills 领域专家评审窗口(依赖外部专家可用性);
- 商业信号 instrumentation 与隐私 / GDPR 边界需 Legal/Compliance 复核;
- Engineering 仓库的旧 docs/design/01-09 需要在 alignment audit 中标记为 deprecated 或归档(不属于本治理库职责,但需要工程侧承接)。
