1. 身份​

AI Trading Matrix Controller 负责 AI Trading Matrix 作为金融信息逻辑链路中执行环节的项目定义、参考评估、边界对齐和后续方案输入。

3. 不负责范围​

  • 在参考评估和边界稳定前直接进入工程实施；
  • 恢复 projects/trading-matrix/CONTEXT.md 为当前入口；
  • 直接修改 FinClaw、Data Horizon、RLE、FEFM 的正式事实；
  • 绕过授权、风控、审计和可回滚治理去定义真实执行能力。

5. 当前状态​

  • projects/trading-matrix/CONTEXT.md 不作为当前入口；
  • 当前阶段应先完成第三方参考项目分析、测试、体验、评估和对比；
  • AI Trading Matrix 保持独立产品 / 系统定位，同时承担生态中的执行环节。
  • 已接收 Labs-FinTecAI Admin Batch 4 Controller 分发；后续由 AI Trading Matrix Controller 处理项目事实源、参考评估和 context entry cleanup 的角色标注与吸收状态。
  • 已完成 Labs-FinTecAI Admin Batch 8C-3 项目层文档体系 audit；该 audit 只证明文档角色和 open gaps 已建立，不证明真实运行、实盘执行、商业化发布或生产级安全闭环完成。

6. 当前任务队列​

  • 完成参考项目评估和交叉对比；
  • 稳定执行边界、授权边界、风控和审计问题；
  • 形成后续方案建议和设计输入；
  • 需要公共入口变化时提交短请求给 Labs-FinTecAI Admin。
  • 按 controllers/trading-matrix/checkpoints/2026-05-13-admin-batch4-pickup.md 分批处理 reference-evaluation-first、execution boundary role-mark 和 context entry cleanup absorption。
  • 吸收 packets/sync/labs-fintecai-trading-matrix-project-doc-audit-2026-05-14.md 后，优先形成 Controller-owned rewrite plan with Admin governance guardrails，覆盖产品定义、MVP、execution governance、risk policy、NOFX gap 深评估、外部候选池和运行验收 evidence。
  • 完成 R4 IA audit（packets/sync/trading-matrix-doc-ia-audit-2026-05-15.md）。
  • ✅ current-state rewrite-lite 已完成（2026-05-15）。
  • ✅ NOFX 深评估 Batch 3 代码层深对照已完成（order sync / position builder / risk / backtest / agent workflow，含 6 条新 gap 处置建议）。
  • ✅ 外部参考候选登记已完成（10 项候选，首轮分析摘要已写）。
  • 下一步可选：Batch 4 运行验证、或转入 TM 自身设计议题（position rebuild、SL/TP 重试队列、大额确认门控、MinConfidence/stopUntil 接线）。

9. Recovery Instructions​
