生态关系注册表

状态:Active / 人工治理主图 最后更新:2026-05-08 范围:FinTec AI Ecosystem 的生态对象、文档事实源、来源材料、参考材料、同步升级入口之间的规范关系

本文档是当前 Labs-FinTecAI-Gov 的人工治理图谱。它用于明确哪些关系是当前已经确认的生态关系,哪些关系只是候选、待吸收或需要升级判断。

自动图谱工具只能作为辅助发现层。若自动图谱与本文档冲突,以本文档和其上游正式事实源为准。

1. 本文档定位

本文档用于解决自动图谱工具难以准确理解的关系问题:

  • 生态层、项目层、来源层、参考层、治理层之间如何连接;
  • 哪些文档是事实源,哪些文档只是来源或分析材料;
  • 五个核心对象之间是能力协同关系,而不是代码调用关系;
  • FinClaw 的认知边界与 AI Trading Matrix 的交易执行边界如何表达;
  • 项目实践如何通过 sync / escalation 回流生态层。

当前明确口径:

  • FinClaw 可以输出评级、target price、portfolio analysis / optimization、backtesting、strategy suggestions、价格 / 事件 / 风险提醒等认知型决策支持;
  • FinClaw 不直接触发真实交易执行;
  • 真实账户、订单、资金、合约、链上动作、自动执行或执行系统调用应由 AI Trading Matrix 或明确授权的交易执行链路承接;
  • AI Trading Matrix 进入实施前,应完成第三方参考项目分析、测试、体验、评估、对比,并沉淀方案建议和设计输入;
  • 若某个认知能力开始要求真实执行,应进入 escalation。

10. 图谱使用规则

维护团队或 Agent 生成图谱时,应按以下优先级理解关系:

  1. 本文档中的 Confirmed 关系;
  2. 上游正式事实源中的直接描述;
  3. 项目级正式文档中的继承和边界描述;
  4. Working / Source / Reference Layer 中的待吸收关系;
  5. 自动推断的 INFERRED 关系。

自动推断的 INFERRED 边只能作为问题线索。若一条 INFERRED 边看起来重要,应通过 sync / escalation 或正式文档更新把它转成明确关系,而不是让自动图谱长期承担事实源职责。
