1. 目标
验证 R-agent-low-context 对每个文档仅读取前 ~30 行时，能否在不预先知道答案的条件下回答三件事：
- What：这份文档约束或定义什么问题？
- When：什么角色 / 哪种任务应先读这份（相对另外两份的顺序）？
- Outcome：读完首屏约定的阅读预算后应能复述什么？
本波次不测评工程设计可实施性（那是 R-agent-engineer）。
